NCGOP State Convention Directly Amend the NC Constitution and remove Article I, Section 4, post haste, as well as amending Article I, Section 5, to state:
Article 1, Section. 5. Allegiance to the State of North Carolina
Every citizen of this State owes paramount allegiance to the Constitution and government of the State of North Carolina, as formed from out of the Peoples of our God Given State, ensuring the God given rights of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness as declared in the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence and the US Declaration of Independence, acting as satrep [1] for the United States of America, to Whom We Belong; and no law or ordinance of the State in contravention or subversion of our God given Rights can have *Any* binding force upon its Sovereign Peoples.
Listen, we have a firm foundation. Nullification right here.

An important quality of the modern services is the establishment of an NCO Corps. This preserves institutional knowledge and promotes a professionalism of the enlisted sector. When enlisted can be promoted into the NCO Corps, starting with E-5: Sergeant, all that knowledge gained is preserved, as current NCOs train new Sergeants. The NCO Corps also reflects the day-to-day leadership and management of human resources.
The top sergeant of a Squad tends to be an E-6: Staff Sergeant. The top sergeant of a FireTeam is an E-5: Sergeant. The top NCO of a Platoon is an E-7: Sergeant First Class. Then the top NCO of a Company, is a true top, E-8: First Sergeant. And so for Battalion and above, we have an E-9: Sergeant Major.
Important to establish such an NCO Corps is the training Sergeants are put through, starting with PLDC: Platoon Leadership Development Course [1][2][3][4]. There are a sequence of such courses to train E-5 up to E-9. There is also the option of becoming a Mustang, an NCO who attends OCS: Officer Candidate School and gains a commission as an officer.
Here we present the formation of a Seven Clans Star Council as the core of the Militia Council. The Seven Clans are from the history of the Cherokee Nation. The seven clans are to each select a representative to join the Star Council.
For a STARLight Platoon of 4 Squads, there are 36 Militia. The Militia choose which clan to belong to. As each clan selects its Council member, a Star Council is formed, with 7 Members, one per clan. There are approximately 5 clan members per clan within a STARLight Platoon.
With a look to the native heritage of North Carolina, the Cherokee Nation had seven clans. Select leaders from each of Seven Clans: Wild Potato, Deer, Blue, Bird, Wolf, Paint. [1], to form a Star Council of 7 Clans.
The voting within the Star Council, results in a majority of 4 and a super-majority of 5. This Star Council is the heart of the Platoon Council, only needing a Platoon Leader and Top to complete the Council to have 9 members: a Seven Clans Star Council + Leader + Top.
Personally, I am a lifelong member of the Blue Clan.
Unit sizes including STARLight(4), STAROfDavid(6) and DoubleSTAR(12) Platoons, have a leadership unit. For STARLight Platoons (4 Squads), it is a Leader Squad, hosting the executive command 1) Board. As a STARLight elects a 2) Council, a fifth Squad is added. Finally, as a 3) Court is defined, the Platoon gains a sixth Squad, now constituted by 2 Trinities of Squads for 6 Squads. This creates an independent operable unit, with all three powers of governance present.
So we went from 3 Militia/FireTeam and 3 FireTeams/Squad, for the TinityOfTrinities Squad: 9 Militia/Squad. This is the 1st level with which 9 Militia are present to fully form a Board and thus is the first unit to determine actions. In order to establish separation of powers, the STAROfDavid Platoon is the 1st level in which the 3 Leadership Powers are present, across a 1) Board, 2) Council & 3) Court. As well the STAROfDavid Platoon has 3 Operational Squads, in addition.
The Leadership in a STAROfDavid Platoon is 3 leader Squads, 1 per power. So we went from 3 Militia, to 3 FireTeams (TrinityOfTrinities), to 6 Squad subunits.
Leadership of Company
At this point we have the ability to enact the Tetrahedron organization Principle. However, the apex node, the leader node, may have a unit size smaller than the operational units. Still, the organization is 3 operational subunit and 1 leader unit.
Companies are made of Platoons. As a STAROfDavid Platoon is the 1st unit with all three powers separated, a STAROfDavid Platoon is the Leader Platoon of a Company. The 3 Operational units may be STARLights or STAROfDavid, or even a DoubleSTAR.
Andso, Companies are formed in Tetrahedron fashion, with a Leader Platoon and 3 Operational Platoons. So we went from 3 Militia, to 3 FireTeams (TrinityOfTrinities), to 6 Squad subunits, to 4 Platoons.
Leadership of Battalions, Brigades, Regiments and higher
At this point, the subunits start as Companies, in a Battalion. A Battalion has 4 Companies, a Leader Company and 3 operational Companies/Battalion. The Leader Company is known as the HHC Company.
Brigades, Regiments and higher are built of 3 Operational subunits and a Leader Company. For example, a Brigade will have 3 Battalions and its HHC Company. A Regiment, also with 3 Ops Battalions. Both led by HHC Leader Companies. A Division will have 3 Brigades or 3 Regiments, and its HHC Leader Company.
All start to have a Headquarters and Headquarters Company, in which to organize everything: S1 through S12; and be operational, with full staffing. Some Headquarters Companies may have smaller staffing and may not have all staff offices.
The Militia is formed out of base of Squads, called a Trinity of Trinities, 3 of 3 = 9. A Full Platoon, I call a STAROfDavid; A STAROfDavid Platoon is 6 squads, to hold independent branches of power, executive board, 7-clan council & Established Court, then 3 operational squads. LOTS OF OVERSIGHT!!! Thereafter we use a Tetrahedron, to model 4 sub-units, 3 operational sub-units & 1 command sub-unit. The same pattern all the way up to 1 ParishRight Brigade!
The Right to Bear Arms is within the context of being a well-regulated militia member. Even if your crew flies colors, hook up with the city services. #GarrisonWall
A platoon with Executive, Legislative & Judicial powers. The Assistant Platoon Leader is a Master Sergeant, the top dawg NCO. #LeadershipDevelopment We need local leaders!
Amendment II: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
This clearly subordinates the individuals to the well-regulated militia. All gun owners must be members of the local militia.
Any crew that flies colors should hook up with city services: Police, Fire, EMT, other City services (water, sewer, power, gas, internet).
Team โ unit of engagement; unit of presence
Squad โ unit of command; unit of perimeter
Platoon โ unit of council; unit of boundary
Company โ unit of court; unit of barrier

Militia I failed to find any thread on the topic of the Militia [1][2]. The objective is for a non-profit organization to structure itself as a Militia.
In consideration I have been in consideration of this particular question you asked me and I think i have reached an understanding, I would like to share with everyone. The purpose of the Militia hierarchy is establish the 3 separated powers of sovereignty: 1) Executive, 2) Legislative & 3) Judicial; To exercise the 3 aspects of sovereignty: a) agency, b) dominion & c) possession.
Establishing Fire Teams up to Company
Form a FireTeam As I had mentioned, the size of a Team, the smallest grouping has three individuals in it. This is an optimum number as in any disagreement, there is always a third to play the role of mediator, moderator, intermediary and tie breaker. This is optimal such that disputes are once and for all resolved. With a three person team, there is always a point, a flank & an overwatch. These team roles can be switched instantly, on code word: “Bob says: “Point”, Alice says: “Flank”, Carl says: “Watch”. So work out coordination among yourselves. Practice teamwork.
Form a Squad Three FireTeams to a Squad, therefore we have a 9 person board. Squads can act; Squads exercise Executive power. Still, no Council and no Court. Select (Elect?) a Squad Leader.
Form a Platoon Rule change: instead of three Squads, the pattern below, now we gain 4 Squads to a Platoon. This forms the structure of a Tetrahedron [3], a 3 dimensional triangle. Three Squads are thee operational units, while 1 Squad is HQ Platoon leadership, the Platoon’s Executive board.
Forming a Platoon Council With a look to the native heritage of North Carolina, select leaders from each of Seven Clans: Wild Potato, Deer, Blue, Bird, Wolf, Paint. [4], to form a Star Council of 7 Clans. Select (Elect?) a Platoon Leader and a Platoon Sergeant, Chairman and Whip of the Council, along with the Star Council of 7 Clans. With 9 Council members, 5 votes is a majority and 6 votes are a two-thirds super-majority. Still we have no Court. We need a Company. The Company will install a Court such that Platoon’s can act independently.
Forming a Company A Company consists of 4 elements, once again and all the way up. So gather 4 Platoons to form a company, once again a Tetrahedron with 3 operational Platoons and 1 Leadership Platoon. Form a Board, form a Council.
Forming a Company Court To form a Court, accept 3 judges from the higher unit, the Battalion, 3 judges from the Company Council and the 3 Platoon Leaders. This is the Company Court addressing Company issues to include Appeals from a Platoon’s Court decision. Now the Compnay Court needs to establish a Court within each Platoon. So the Company Court selects 3 judges from the Company level, installed into the Platoon, 3 judges from the Platoon Council and the 3 Squad Leaders. Now we have a Platoon Court.
7 non-violent battlespaces In establishing our principles of Housing First, Harm Reduction & Non-Violence, the Principle of Non-Violence extends into the Militia. To operate, we select 7 Non-Violent battlespaces. Within the operations of a non-profit, you have already determined this issue! You have identified, the following battlespaces: Legislative, Social media, Events, Industry, and so on…
Addressing each NV Battlespace To support a collaborative approach, a different Squad is in charge of each Battlespace! So the Legislative & Educational Cmte runs the Legislative battlespace, the Comms Cmte manages the social media battlespaces, while the Events Cmte runs the event battlespace; the Industry Cmte operates in the Industrial sector of our economy. and give each a Platoon, such that we set a growth target. The Executive Cmte is the Company board. Need a Company Council and Court, then each Platoon Cmte gains a Court. Form Councils; Form a Company Court; Install Platoon Courts.
Committee Platoons As each battlespace has a Platoon in charge, the collaboration occurs naturally, within the Platoon asd between Platoons of different battlespaces. There is NO loss of collaboration with the hierarchy of command. Command accountable & responsible.
2nd Amendment My understanding is that the Militia hierarchy fits naturally with the organization you have already setup. But why a Militia? It raises some related aspects, such as the 2nd Amendment. [5]
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
In reading, it is clear that individuals right to keep and bear arms are within the structure of a well-regulated militia. In other words, all gunowners MUST be members of the local militia. My Militia PDF defines the structural rules to establish a well-regulated militia. My objective with the militia is to help operations by organizing responsibilities by nature of Militia structure. It puts into practice the conservative principle of self sufficiency by organizing a security arrangement, locally.
Youth Militia Finally, to present a boy/girl scouts organization to engage the youth and train them, there will be established a Youth Militia. So here is another reason for NORML to engage the communities of North Carolina, we will have a Scouts organization, structured as a Militia, for training and education.
Staff organization and Staff Squads In military Companies’ leadership Platoons, various staff groups are created. The most obvious is the S1 through S4. These are the roles and responsibilities of each Staff Squad:
S1: Personnel
S2: Intelligence
S3: Operations
S4: Logistics
There are additional Staff Squads as you go up the hierarchy to Battalion and above. These make a LOT of sense within a non-profit! These additional Staff Squads may be from:
S5: Plans
S6: Communications
S7: Training
S8: Finance
S9: Civil Affairs
I would add three additional Staff Squads:
S10: Medical S11: Culinary S12: Security
S1 through S12 makes 12 Squads, or 2 STAR Platoons, of 6 Squads each.
STAR Platoon, with Six TACTs (3 Ops, 3 Governance), operates independently, with a separation of powers.
TACT Squad, with Three FARTs, operates independently, union all powers.
FART Team, with Three Sheep, operates independently, union all powers.
One Sheep, with God, operates independently, union all powers.
Further & Farther Thoughts on the efficacy of the StarOfDavid (STAR) Platoon and the Trinity of Trinities Squad (TACT).
The Platoon: STAR It is a six pointed star Star of David, with a Seven Clans Star Council
At the Platoon level, we have established the Nine-Militia Platoon Board, that top Squad, at the top of the Tetrahedron, over the Trinity of Ops Team Squads: TriOpsTactSquad (TACT).
As well, from the entire membership in a STAR Platoon, the Seven Clans Star Council is elected by lots, separate from the Board. With the Company, a Court is established, from constituents. So there are three Squads in governance, from within the constituents.
This fourth, fifth & sixth Squad, for the Board, Star Council & Court, makes our structure a Six-Dimensional Star of David Stool: Six Legs. Imagine that! SIX Squads (six vertices), with 3 Ops Squads, and 3 Governance Squads/Reserves: 1 Platoon Board, 1 Platoon Council & 1 Platoon Court. for a STAR Platoon. The Court is attached to the STAR Platoon, from the Company.
Therefore, a fully-composite STAR Platoon, with Six Squads, operates independently, with a separation of powers.
Each STAR in the Company is responsible for the good functioning & order, of the Company.
The TriOpsTactSquad: TACT the Balanced Trinity of Trinities Squad.
The Squad, or TriOpsTactSquad (TACT), is different. As we are each obligated to act & to self-legislate & to judge ourselves, the 3 powers comes to a head, within each of us. With a Squad, we have 9 militia. That is the correct&proper size for a board, a council & a court.
I used the term TACT intentionally, for the Trinity of Trinities, and that is to use it, whenever and whereever you can: TACT.
The Squad acts & make rules & judges, all together and all at once! Rule #1: TETO: Too Each Their Own! All three powers are concentrated among the constituents, themselves.
So it is a TriOpsTactSquad (TACT) which operates independently, union all powers. How about them apples! It evolves.
Each TACT in the STAR is responsible for the good functioning & order, of the STAR.
The Fire Assault Root Trinity: FART
We arrive at the Fire Team. Here we have Three Militia: a FART has Three Sheep. From their perspective, the Root Trinity, the smallest trinity. Here is what is so fabulous about a Team of Three. For every disagreement, between two of the member militia, there is a third to balance and mediate and vote. It manifests that a Fire Team (FART) can exercise all three powers, responsibly, with a fair vote. Rule #2 TOO: Two Over One! Thus, a FART Team operates independently, union all powers.
Each FART in the TACT is responsible for the good functioning & order, of the TACT.
The Militia: Sheep with Wolf gear a Sheep in Wolf's clothing ^;^
Thus are we each of us personally responsible for what we say & do. We embody the powers within us, as we Act, make Rules & Judge: ARJ. We do so in faith in God, and we aim to secure our inalienable Rights to Life, Liberty & the Pursuit of Happiness. Rule #3: SGL: Secure God's Liberty! In Christ’s name, AMEN! And so finally, a Sheep operates independently, union all powers.
Each Sheep in the FART is responsible for the good functioning & order, of the FART.
Rule #1: TETO: Too each their own. Rule #2: TOO: Two Over One. Rule #3: SiGiL: Secure God’s Liberty
